As an Internal Auditor, you'll be the guardian of the operational and financial integrity, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards and local regulations. With a commitment to precision and transparency, you will be tasked with evaluating the organizational processes and providing recommendations to fortify the financial foundation
Responsibilities

Exhibit strong leadership, ensuring the unit's independence and objectivity

Report to the board or audit committee on performance, accomplishments, and internal audit findings, ensuring compliance across departments

Adhere to the highest internal auditing standards, including those set by the Institute of Internal Auditors and relevant regulatory bodies

Formulate a comprehensive audit plan rooted in a thorough risk assessment

Ensure that the internal audit function
has adequate human resources
to keep pace with the company's technical evolution
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting , Business, Finance or Economics
- With technical proficiency on the conduct of Internal Audit
- Must have at least 1-3 years experience in the regular audit
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Nice to have

Experience in the fintech sector or related financial industries

Professional certification like CPA or CIA
